Dude! *up top*

I sense many parallels at this stage in our lives even though IMing is the only real way we communicate. When it comes to jobs, Lost, Arrested Development, women, family problems, reminiscing good times, women, planning kick-its that will never happen, women, esoteric jokes, women, there’s always a sense of sameness and reading-between-the-lines that no one else would get given the opportunity. However if you are expecting to receive the same treatment at this moment, this is probably not one of those moments. 

You were online tonight so we chatted. Sorry if I sounded a little blunt/grumpy. But do me a favor and move on. In your situation, think about “logic” over “impulse,” and next time don’t leave anything out the first time you tell me the story, cuz that completely changes the perspective on things. 

Also, what does it mean to be a ‘best friend’? I ask this because, I’m wondering if I’m merely using the title for its benefits without actually considering the implications. Yes, as mentioned before, there is that Vulcan parallel mind thing going on, but much of that is focusing on the past. I’m not sure what good reminiscing about the past does to the extent that we do it. I know what I prefer, and it’s talking about the next adventure and the possibilities one can embark on. Let’s talk about that.

Despite you’re “man-up” issues you’ve been carrying, you’ve got lots going for you: you’re new job, your career plans, the role you play in strengthening your family. And whatever our awesome-tastic status is, you’re definitely someone worth being around.
