Life Observations
I’ve been trying to jot things down that I feel are important to me. I’ve been doing this for the last couple months. Here are some of these things:
- I used to mistakenly call my teachers “Mom” during elementary school.
- When I am cold or uncomfortable I cross my shins under my chair
- When I am stressed, I toil with my split ends until it frays
- If someone were to ask me what the biggest difference between Los Angeles and Sacramento is, I would say the trees.
- When my legs are sore from walking, I push my toes into the ground to stretch the top of my feet.
- Saturday, November 21, 2009: I crave a new adventure. An adventure with new people, a welcoming atmosphere, a change in plants, and ultimately, a place where I can forget the bad and remember the good.
- Have you ever driven to your old house before, and just stared at it? I did that today, and had many questions. Who lives there? What do the rooms look like?
- For me, looking at someone in the face is one of the most challenging yet rewarding things for me. How do people do that?
